Who we are
At our bakery, we’re a small but passionate team with a big love for bread. Inez, the manager and baker, pours her heart into every loaf, making the bakery her dream and true passion. Her partner, Bruno, is the owner, but he’s also out delivering our fresh breads and pastries straight to your door—though we do get him working in the kitchen, too! Together, they are the backbone of the business.
We couldn’t do what we do without our amazing team of close friends. Lukasz and Marcin, our head bakers and sourdough specialists, are the experts behind our signature breads. And the two Margarets—our market stall helpers and bread delivery duo—are like extra grandmas to us, always lending a hand with love and care.
We’re committed to showing people the old-fashioned way of baking, where everything is made by hand, without improvers or shortcuts. Our bread is made with organic, natural ingredients, and we use a rye sourdough starter to ensure that every loaf is as wholesome and flavorful as it can be. We source only the best flour to create the tastiest, most nourishing bread, because we believe in doing things the right way for both our community and the planet.
