Is a light rye sourdough with dark rye sourdough starter, little of white flour and salt.

Is nice dense crusty sourdough bread 

Perfect for sandwiches

White Sourdough–

It Is strong white flour with light rye sourdough starter salt, this bread recipe is from 1960 Bruno’s grandfather was a baker in Przemysl

Bread is softy in side like a cloud and crust 

Bread perfect for everything tosting , sandwiches tapas bords
